LOOKS JUST LIKE HANDLETTERING Turning lettering into digital type is no easy task. It took some clever thinking and even more fancy font engineering to ensure that Ed Script has the appearance of authentic hand-lettering: continuous connecting characters, bouncy twin letters, and a few alternate forms. And, special ligatures were drawn to make sure the type appears hand-done. Best of all, the pairs below are substituted automatically in OpenType-smart applications!
HAVE YOUR TYPE YOUR WAY Many of the Ed Benguiat fonts, like Ed Gothic, have expanded character sets featuring a bunch of alternate characters. It's like having two fonts in one!
